A company is looking for a Financial Aid Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and addresses questions and concerns
- Accurately records and posts financial aid documentation to student records
- Maintains FERPA compliance while performing assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience and/or training in Financial Aid or a related field
- Knowledge of university guidelines and academic terminology
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
