Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day financial support for Regional Market clients, including developing customer financial reports and managing client billing
- Participate in client account audits and strategic planning while ensuring accurate and timely billing
- Support the implementation of new clients and products, while maintaining knowledge of industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- General understanding of the U.S. economy and employee benefits industry
- Experience in a client-facing role
