Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator to support patients with financial information and assistance related to their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through insurance, billing inquiries, and payment processes to ensure timely service payments
- Document financial clearance information and maintain accurate patient financial records
- Research financial options for non-reimbursable services and communicate relevant information to the clinical team
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare
- Proficiency in computer technology and experience with Mac/Apple and Google Suite preferred
- Solid knowledge of insurance plans and patient financial responsibilities
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams, with remote team experience being a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
