A company is looking for a Financial Counseling Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain financial responsibilities, payment options, and collection procedures to patients
• Counsel patients on insurance benefits and recommend financial assistance options
• Assist patients in completing applications for financial assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma is required
• At least one year of call center experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to handle a large volume of incoming calls
