Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of transaction processes, including sourcing, structuring, pricing, and valuation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare client presentations while analyzing market and regulatory trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking and/or the financial industry
• Experience with banks and financial institutions is preferred
