A company is looking for a Fiscal Assistant II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare non-travel expenses for reimbursement and assist with financial transaction issues
  • Reconcile pCard charges and process employee expense reports
  • Conduct biannual archive audits and maintain records following retention policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of general accounts transaction experience
  • Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for required experience
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Excel preferred
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate work assignments
