A company is looking for a Fiscal Assistant II.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare non-travel expenses for reimbursement and assist with financial transaction issues
- Reconcile pCard charges and process employee expense reports
- Conduct biannual archive audits and maintain records following retention policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of general accounts transaction experience
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for required experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Excel preferred
- Ability to work independently and coordinate work assignments
