Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist to manage 3PL deliveries and optimize fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage 3PL routes, monitoring progress and communicating with fleet drivers and showroom staff
- Leverage fleet management software and tools to optimize scheduling and route planning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain fleet vehicles
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or project management, or equivalent degree
- Proficiency in CRM and Order Management systems
- Experience in the interior design or luxury home furnishings industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Must demonstrate professionalism and maturity in judgment
