Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions while meeting daily performance goals
- Participate in team meetings and assist teammates with other tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work occasional overtime
