Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
• Assist with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
• Sell insurance products on all applicable calls

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active life/health insurance license
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Life insurance sales experience
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday with shifts between 7:45 am - 7:00 pm EST
