Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Care Manager RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate member needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure high-quality healthcare outcomes
• Coordinate care management activities and collaborate with providers to address unmet member needs
• Monitor member status and provide education on healthcare processes and available resources

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida or compact state licensure
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in healthcare
• Experience in pediatrics is required
• Ability to comply with state, federal, and third-party payer regulations
