Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Senior Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title primarily for residential properties and perform title examination of complex title orders
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of property
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members and may have customer contact

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of title examination experience with demonstrated mastery of resources and skills
• Multiple state licenses as required by state
• Florida Title Examination experience
• Strong knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
