Food Safety Auditor Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Food Safety Auditor In Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct external audits and perform technical duties to meet certification expectations
• Provide technical support to various business functions and perform technical reviews of audit reports
• Be a member of the technical team and assist in auditor training and witness audits

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food or Science related field from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Safety or Quality assurance in the food industry
• At least 2 years of experience performing 2nd and/or 3rd party audits for a recognized audit scheme
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and completion of Lead or Internal Auditor training
• Possession of GFSI auditor credential(s)
