Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Forecasting & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of improvement plans for cost savings
• Research and analyze data to evaluate operational methods and implement improvements
• Lead complex analytical projects and prepare recommendations for process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce planning analysis
• Ability to lead projects and act as a subject matter expert
• Experience in presenting analysis and recommendations to senior management
