Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foundation Prospect Researcher to support nonprofit fundraising efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify mid-level, major, and transformational gift prospects
• Conduct in-depth donor research to support cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Create detailed prospect profiles and recommend engagement approaches

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years in prospect research or donor strategy development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge)
• Knowledge of research tools, philanthropic trends, and ethical standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a complex environment
