Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud Data Analyst II to support the development of identity verification authentication products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze fraud data against the Global Fraud Policy to determine capture and friction rates
- Identify new fraud mitigation techniques and conduct in-depth data analysis on policy impacts
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring fraud metrics and collaborate with various teams
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a business or support data analyst, preferably with fraud experience
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of fraud threats and types, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with SQL, Splunk, and dashboard creation in Looker or similar tools
- Self-starter with strong software development principles and time management skills
