A company is looking for a Fraud Intelligence Analyst to protect its members from fraud through analytical skills and fraud domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into fraud trends
- Monitor fraud activity across products and channels to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance fraud detection strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in fraud investigations and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in reporting software and database querying tools
- Good project management skills
- Availability for full-time hours with additional hours as necessary
