• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams to shape solutions
• Contribute to planning discussions to influence technical direction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience translating business requirements into well-architected systems
• Comfort working across the stack, including frontend and backend technologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure experience, ideally with AWS/Terraform
• Proven track record of delivering quality software in small, early team environments
• An eye for design
