Fundraising Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fundraising Manager to oversee and enhance fundraising activities across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Donor Relations Coordinator and grant-writing functions
• Coordinate the development of the fundraising strategy and ensure accountability across teams
• Oversee donor care, communications, and major donor cultivation efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Solid fundraising background with nonprofit experience, including grant writing
• Excellent line management and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems
• Financial literacy with an understanding of P&Ls and budgets
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
