A company is looking for a Foreclosure Assistant to provide support to the Judicial Operations teams across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage original collateral and executed documents from clients
- Scan, upload, and log documents in case management systems, and notify relevant team members
- Process incoming notices and prepare reports for distribution to the teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Conscientious with respect to work completion and deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to change and support team efforts
