Job Summary

A company is looking for a Destiny Producer (Associate to Mid).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of player experiences
• Maintain a clear pipeline and schedule for the product area, facilitating communication across teams
• Help evaluate in-development content to measure player experience and drive milestone goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience in internal games production within a AAA setting or equivalent
• Product acumen in developing multiplayer shooters, particularly live service games
• Ability to partner effectively with creative and technical leaders
• Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary content pipelines
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Excel, and Confluence
