Job Summary
A company is looking for a Genesys Developer to enhance and optimize their cloud-based customer engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interaction flows in Genesys Cloud CX Architect across various communication channels
- Implement automated workflows and optimize speech recognition and NLU capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and deliver enhancements for contact center operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect
- At least 5 years of experience in contact center operations
- Proficient in IVR and call flow components, including DTMF and text-to-speech
- Skilled in using REST APIs and JSON-based services within Genesys
- Experience with environment migrations within the Genesys ecosystem
