Job Summary
A company is looking for a licensed insurance sales agent - remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries, providing accurate insurance advice and solutions
- Process policy changes and billing transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on personal lines P&C products and recommend additional coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Ability to make complex decisions regarding coverages and rates
- Experience in customer service and handling escalated inquiries
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and procedures for multiple states
