Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist who will support the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors quality of care concerns and collaborates with medical directors to resolve issues
- Implements quality improvement initiatives and analyzes performance data for improvement opportunities
- Conducts internal audits and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED with a current unrestricted RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience
- Preferred Master's Degree in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Improvement functions
- 5+ years of experience in Managed Care
