Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst who performs complex pricing analyses and provides actuarial support for filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce sound rate level indications and support state filing processes
- Quantify and validate proposed rates while performing complex trend analysis
- Automate processes, complete pricing projects, and assist in developing junior-level staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as an actuarial analyst or quantitative pricing analyst, preferably in Property & Casualty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/VBA and SAS, Python, or SQL
- Successful completion of 5 or more actuarial exams or equivalent knowledge
