GIS Applications Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Applications Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced geospatial systems for topographic products
• Utilize Python libraries such as ArcPy and GDAL to automate GIS workflows and enhance data management
• Contribute to a team focused on automation, scalability, and data integrity through CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro for spatial analysis and map creation
• Strong understanding of spatial databases for geospatial information storage and querying
• Proficiency in Python geospatial libraries, such as ArcPy and GDAL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
