A company is looking for a Global Enablement Program Manager to design and execute training programs for sales excellence across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs and sales certification for global sales teams
- Deliver training sessions through various modalities and facilitate advanced sales methodology training
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess training effectiveness and optimize programs based on data insights
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or learning & development in global SaaS organizations
- Proven track record of building and scaling impactful training programs
- Deep knowledge of modern selling methodologies and proficiency with learning management systems
- Experience designing competency models and certification programs for multiple selling roles globally
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field preferred
