Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate complex financial contracts exceeding $80M in Total Contract Value
- Collaborate with customers to create innovative fiscal solutions that enhance revenue and margin growth
- Analyze and recommend strategies to accelerate sales and optimize commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
- Extensive experience in contract negotiations for large-scale agreements ($25M+ annual spend)
- Experience with RFP and software negotiations for contracts over $100M
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel)
- Knowledge of pricing, economics, and accounting principles (GAAP and Non-GAAP)
