Key Responsibilities
- Leads the strategic development and global governance of Medical Omnichannel capabilities and related services
- Creates and executes a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy that integrates digital and traditional channels
- Defines and manages the global medical omnichannel data strategy, ensuring data-driven personalization and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Omnichannel development
- Experience leading people, initiatives, or projects in a cross-collaborative environment
- Strong project and process management skills
- Fluency in oral and written English; additional language skills are an asset
