A company is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee program governance, including stakeholder management and communication
- Develop and implement Global Payroll / EOR program plans while managing budgets and resources
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in processes
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of program management experience in Global Payroll Implementation or EOR
- Ability to manage multiple global projects in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of HRIS and Global Payroll domains
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
