Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Director or in a relevant managerial position
• 5+ years of experience in external client services at a localization or similar agency
• University degree in a related field or equivalent military or professional experience
• Demonstrated experience managing continuous localization programs
• Experience in coaching and mentoring program and project managers
