A company is looking for a Global Safety Director to oversee safety management programs and ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee safety and risk employees, manage workers' compensation claims, and promote a culture of safety
- Analyze incident reports and develop training programs to reduce work-related accidents and enhance safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and experience in risk management
- At least 5 years in an occupational health and safety management position
- Bachelor's degree in health and safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred
- Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
