Global Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of multiple spend categories and conduct spend analysis
• Lead RFx events, contract negotiations, and monitor supplier performance
• Collaborate with partners on program implementation and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience, preferably with project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing categories like Marketing and Professional Services
• Experience with RFx processes and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing)
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
