Global Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee centralized planning, sourcing, and delivery within their supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and performance
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and manage inventory and BOM effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or supply chain management; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or engineering
• Experience in sourcing PCBs and electronics is strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and business judgment
• Willingness to travel within the US or internationally up to 15% of the time
