Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Manage daily operations and delivery of services within the scope of a Managed Services Program, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Analyze client data to identify operational improvements and develop new processes to enhance efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, logistics, or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and Global Trade Management solutions
  • Experience managing cross-cultural teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
