A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Manage daily operations and delivery of services within the scope of a Managed Services Program, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
- Analyze client data to identify operational improvements and develop new processes to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, logistics, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and Global Trade Management solutions
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across multiple locations
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
