Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the global go-to-market strategy, aligning with divisional and enterprise objectives
- Identify and prioritize high-opportunity geographies and develop tailored market entry strategies
- Partner with the Digital team to deploy tools that enhance commercial efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in go-to-market plans, marketing activities, or B2B sales
- Deep expertise in B2B go-to-market frameworks
- Demonstrated skill in cross-functional leadership within a matrix organization
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures
