Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor staff and oversee daily operations
- Coordinate incident response and event handling with House staff
- Create training materials and develop operational metrics for SOC operations
Required Qualifications
- Senior level experience in technical project and program management
- Experience managing complex, high-value projects involving multiple organizations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; TS/SCI preferred
- Ten or more years of experience leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Administration or equivalent experience
