A company is looking for an Assistant Director for Graduate Student & Alumni Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate student-facing services and programs to enhance career readiness for graduate students and alumni
- Curate resources and programs that improve employment competitiveness and experiential education for graduate students and alumni
- Support career literacy education initiatives for campus partners and contribute to strategic goals of the organization
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Considerable knowledge of career coaching practices and techniques for diverse adult learners
- Understanding of basic event planning processes
- Working knowledge of career development theories and career readiness competencies
- Prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
