Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager who will oversee the full grant lifecycle and ensure effective grant management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new grant funding prospects that align with the organization's mission
• Manage all aspects of awarded grants, including compliance, reporting, and funder stewardship
• Develop and submit timely and accurate reports to funders, demonstrating program impact and financial accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of nonprofit grant writing, grant management, or development experience
• Experience working with both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) funding is preferred
• A background in fundraising strategy and donor relations is preferred
• Familiarity with North Carolina's political and nonprofit landscape is preferred
