Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and execution for the Member Growth & Retention portfolio, aligning with key business KPIs
- Mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for member acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 2 years of managing or mentoring other PMs
- Experience with freemium, subscription, or membership-based models and e-commerce
- Proven track record of optimizing acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and generate insights
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with various teams
