A company is looking for a GTM Operations Specialist to manage payment operations and HubSpot administration while enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot CRM, optimizing workflows and creating dashboards for revenue KPIs
- Act as the primary liaison for merchant onboarding and analyze payment processing rates
- Provide high-touch service to clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and responsive support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, merchant services, or RevOps
- Experience administering and optimizing HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL Database experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple high-impact workflows
