Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize scoring models to improve targeting and conversion
- Optimize lead flow and account assignment to enhance speed-to-lead and rep efficiency
- Drive cross-functional GTM strategy by collaborating with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to marketing and sales analytics
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement
