Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Commercial Learning & Development for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the NAM L&D strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead the design and execution of training programs, including onboarding and leadership development
- Define KPIs to assess program effectiveness and promote a learning culture
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role
- Proven success in designing and implementing sales training programs
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience with CRM tools and understanding of go-to-market models
