Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success or related leadership role, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and implement successful customer success strategies
- Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem and its business drivers
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and a strategic, data-driven mindset
