Head of Data and Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data and Analytics for all products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data and analytics strategy, budget, and risk register
• Lead, coach, and hire a high-performing team in analytics and data engineering
• Present insights and data posture to executive leadership and maintain data governance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics and data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on expertise with Google BigQuery and Python
• Experience in BI governance and permission frameworks
• Track record of building revenue, retention, or usage metrics for subscription software
• Familiarity with Metabase or similar BI tools is a plus
