Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the growth of its Software Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of engineering team leads
• Participate in Discovery calls to understand client needs and assist in proposal creation
• Define and implement career growth paths and professional development frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ in a leadership role
• Experience in a consulting or services firm
• Ability to transition between strategy and execution
• Experience in building or scaling engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS, React, and Amazon Web Services
