Head of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale a distributed engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and collaborate with product and executive leadership
• Lead and mentor a growing engineering team while fostering a culture of accountability
• Oversee the architecture and execution of scalable, secure systems and drive innovation in AI automation

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 in senior leadership roles
• Experience in building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth startup environments
• Deep technical knowledge of the .NET stack, including ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with cloud deployment in Azure or AWS and background in healthcare tech
• Proven ability to define technical plans and strategies from scratch
