Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance (Full-time or Fractional).

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Finance and FP&A, managing planning cycles and aligning financial plans with company strategy
• Support fundraising efforts and board readiness by collaborating on investor updates and long-range planning
• Build executive-level financial models for cash flow, scenario planning, and pricing strategy

Required Qualifications

• Alignment with the company's mission and values regarding electricity, software, and AI
• Experience in building budgets, models, and processes from the ground up
• Depth in strategic finance and FP&A with experience in high-growth companies
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in finance workflows
• Proficiency with modern financial tools and systems
