Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Learning Specialists
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, preferably in a remote BPO environment
- Proven experience managing a team of learning professionals
- Expertise in online learning platforms and LMS usage
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
