Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Pre-sales Support for Government & Funders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solutions Specialists and/or Architects, setting objectives and supporting their growth
- Develop and implement strategies for the Solutions team to align with business objectives and ensure effective pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Oversee client engagements to ensure effective addressing of client needs and high levels of satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience with technology, SaaS, or digital product solutions
- Experience working globally and across multiple teams
- Understanding of the Science & Technology ecosystem, including research funding and publishing
- Expertise in research data management, including publications and grants
- Experience in designing and presenting demonstrations of online tools
