Head of Precision Medicine

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Precision Medicine to lead and scale its precision medicine business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Precision Medicine business unit
• Oversee daily operations, including program design, biospecimen logistics, and data generation
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team across scientific operations, program management, and client services

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences, CRO, diagnostics, or healthcare data sectors
• Proven P&L leadership with experience in managing complex operations
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in biospecimen collection studies or clinical trials
• Deep understanding of the biopharma value chain and regulatory environment
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contracting, and client engagement
